Camp Mulberry 2017
Do you remember those lazy days of summer when the only thing holding you back was your imagination? We sure do! At Camp Mulberry, we spend every summer reliving those days with our campers. While we’re overflowing with what we think are cool ideas, we purposely leave a lot of room for creativity and child driven experiences in each camp. With the same commitment to positive discipline as we have in everything we do, our summer camps offer a safe and exciting place where children can dream, explore, and create. Each child is encouraged to try new things, find their own way to bring their imagination to life, and just have fun. We’ve got tons of arts and craft supplies (we buy stock in glue and glitter every year!) and are always game for getting outside to explore our awesome campus. By attending Mulberry camps, children continue to develop and retain important skills that will support them academically and socially. Story writing, reading, investigations, math and science find their way into all that we do at Mulberry, and the summer is no exception. As our students are often quoted saying “learning is so fun at Mulberry, you don’t even realize you’re doing it!” Children will have plenty of time outside no matter what camp they choose, and many camps will have a water day as well. Our campers are encouraged to really experience their environment, so it’s not unusual for campers to come home wearing some shaving cream, extra flour, dirt, or paint along with a big smile from their day. It’s going to be a great summer at Camp Mulberry in Los Gatos!
Please note the Extended Care program is available to all campers, from Junior Kindergarten through 6th grade. The program operates every day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You can sign up your camper on their first day of camp.
